Job Description - Customer Service Manager - Remote Work

As the Customer Service Manager at Alaska Air Group, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service operations in a remote work setting. This part-time position based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, US, at the Associate Level, requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote customer service representatives to ensure high-quality customer interactions - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Monitor customer service metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Train and coach customer service representatives to improve performance and customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service
