Job Description - Customer Service Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Amgen, a leading biotechnology company, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Manager to join our team remotely in Houston, Texas. In this mid-to-senior level role, the Customer Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the customer service team and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer service representatives, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Monitor customer interactions to ensure quality and timeliness - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues - Analyze customer feedback and develop strategies for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Track and report on key performance indicators related to customer service - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field - 6+ years of experience in customer service, with at least 2 years in a management role - Resourceful and dedicated individual with excellent communication skills - Strong time management skills and ability to multitask effectively - Persuasion skills to resolve conflicts and negotiate with customers - Ability to work remotely and manage a team in a virtual environment
