Job Description - Customer Service Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:


Amgen is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer - Remote Work in San Antonio, Texas. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will have the opportunity to work remotely and provide excellent customer service to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently - Provide product information and assistance to customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels - Continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement in customer service processes


Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Confident and energetic personality traits - Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers - Experience with people management and conflict resolution a plus - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Availability to work part-time hours on a flexible schedule - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
