Job Description - Customer Service Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:


Sempra Energy is seeking a motivated and resourceful Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Denver, Colorado. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Process orders, refunds, and exchanges - Resolve customer complaints and issues with a high level of empathy and understanding - Assist customers in navigating our products and services - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 3+ years of experience in customer service - Resourceful and motivated individual with a positive attitude - Strong leadership and time management skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and in a team setting - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Availability to work part-time hours in a remote setting
