Customer Service Representative Job Description

 

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer service principles and be able to provide excellent customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Resolve customer issues and concerns to the satisfaction of the customer
• Provide information about products and services to customers
• Track and manage customer accounts
• Compile and submit reports on customer activity

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
