Energy Transfer Equity is seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. This position will be remote, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while upholding the values and reputation of our company.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner 2. Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a calm and efficient manner 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies 7. Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management
Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field 2. Reliable and independent personality traits 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 4. Strong planning and organizational skills 5. Ability to think creatively and innovate solutions 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software 7. High school diploma or equivalent
