Job Description:

Goodyear Tire & Rubber is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our team on a part-time, remote basis in San Francisco, California. As an Entry Level Customer Service Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and providing top-notch service to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order status - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and a solutions-oriented approach - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers - Collaborate with other team members and departments to provide exceptional customer service - Meet and exceed customer service goals and metrics

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Motivated and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership abilities and the ability to persuade others effectively - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
