Job Description - Customer Success Associate - Remote Work

Reynolds American is seeking a dedicated and reliable Customer Success Associate to join our team on a part-time remote basis in Seattle, Washington. As an Associate-level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, including email, phone, and live chat. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention. 3. Assist customers with product inquiries, order placement, and issue resolution. 4. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products. 5. Work closely with the marketing team to gather customer feedback and insights for product development. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system. 7. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the customer success team. 8. Meet or exceed KPIs related to customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other relevant tools. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 6. Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred. 7. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.
