Job Description - Customer Success Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a dedicated and independent Customer Success Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Houston, Texas, US. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers by building strong relationships, understanding their needs, and providing solutions to help them achieve their goals.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive retention and growth - Work closely with sales and product teams to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to customers - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a positive customer experience - Provide training and support to customers on using our products and services effectively - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - 5 years of experience in customer success or related role - Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Experience working remotely is a plus
