Job Description:
Zoom Video Communications is looking for a dynamic and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Houston, Texas, US. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities: - Drive customer adoption and success by understanding their needs and helping them achieve their goals through our platform - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing support and guidance throughout their journey with Zoom - Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with clients to assess their progress, address any issues, and identify opportunities for growth - Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer needs and contribute to product development and improvement - Monitor key performance metrics and KPIs to track customer satisfaction and retention rates - Provide training and best practices to customers to maximize their use of the platform and ensure a positive experience - Proactively identify and address potential challenges or roadblocks to customer success - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments to better serve our customers
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field - Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles - Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong project management and research skills - High level of resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment - Ability to work independently and remotely, while still being an active and engaged team member - Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools is a plus
