Customer Success Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Express Scripts Holding is seeking a part-time Customer Success Representative to join our remote team based in Houston, Texas. As an Entry Level Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service through various channels including phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with product inquiries, issues, and escalations - Work closely with other departments such as sales, marketing, and product development to resolve customer concerns - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their needs are being met and to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with the team to improve overall customer experience and satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Resilient and reliable personality traits - Strong leadership and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Flexibility to work a part-time schedule with the possibility of occasional travel - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
