As a Customer Success Representative at Nationwide, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products and services. This position is a part-time remote work opportunity based in Columbus, Ohio, with a focus on assisting customers through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.
Responsibilities: 1. Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to their inquiries or issues. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty and retention. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience. 4. Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and identify areas for improvement. 5. Educate customers on product features and offerings to maximize their usage and satisfaction. 6. Assist in the implementation and onboarding of new customers to ensure a smooth transition. 7. Provide feedback to internal teams on customer pain points and suggestions for product enhancements. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve customers.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role. 2. Hardworking and resourceful with a strong focus on problem-solving. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and think creatively to find solutions. 5. Proficiency in CRM software and other customer support tools. 6. High level of empathy and patience when dealing with customer concerns. 7. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
