Job Description:
Archer Daniels Midland is seeking a part-time remote Customer Success Specialist in San Diego, California. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in customer success roles. Our company is looking for a dedicated and energetic individual with strong decision-making and leadership skills to join our team.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and build relationships with assigned customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention. 2. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing any issues or concerns that may arise. 3. Work closely with internal teams to advocate for customer needs and drive product improvements. 4. Utilize data and insights to proactively identify opportunities for growth and strategic initiatives. 5. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support upsell and cross-sell opportunities. 6. Monitor customer usage and engagement metrics to track success and identify areas for improvement. 7. Provide training and support to customers on product features and best practices.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management roles. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer retention and satisfaction goals. 5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. 6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
