Newell Brands is currently seeking a part-time Customer Success Specialist to join our team in San Jose, California. This position offers remote work opportunities and is ideal for entry-level candidates with at least 1 year of experience. The successful candidate will possess strong independent and resourceful personality traits, as well as excellent teamwork and planning skills.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing solutions to their inquiries and issues - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure retention and satisfaction - Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and drive engagement - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve customer issues in a timely manner - Track and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Assist in the development of customer success strategies and initiatives
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software - Ability to thrive in an energetic and rapidly evolving work setting - Independent and resourceful with a strong sense of accountability
