Job Description - Customer Success Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:


Emerson Electric is seeking a talented and passionate Customer Success Specialist to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As an Associate level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer success or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Build strong relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any concerns or questions in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and support - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty - Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed - Monitor customer usage and engagement to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in CRM system


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field - 4+ years of experience in customer success or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Passion for helping customers achieve their goals and solve their problems - Resourceful and proactive in finding solutions to customer issues - Persuasion and negotiation skills - Emotional intelligence to empathize with customers and build rapport - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
