Customer Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Auto-Owners Insurance, a leading insurance company based in Indianapolis, Indiana, is seeking a part-time Customer Support Associate to join our remote team. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat channels 2. Assist customers with policy inquiries, claims processing, and general inquiries 3. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience 5. Document all customer interactions and update customer records as needed 6. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional insurance products 7. Stay up to date on company policies, procedures, and products 8. Meet and exceed monthly individual and team performance goals

Requirements: 1. Driven and resilient personality traits 2. Strong negotiation and critical thinking skills 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities 4. Ability to work independently in a remote setting 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software 6. High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
