Job Description - Customer Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:


SoFi is seeking a part-time Customer Support Associate to join our team in Houston, Texas. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with account-related questions, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing product information - Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with other teams within the company to resolve customer issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Adaptable and motivated personality traits - Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent required
