Job Description - Customer Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Verizon is seeking a highly experienced Customer Support Manager to join our team in a remote work position based in Seattle, Washington. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience in customer support management, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer support representatives to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee a team of customer support representatives, providing guidance, training, and support as needed. - Develop and implement customer support strategies to enhance overall customer satisfaction. - Monitor customer interactions and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and ensure timely resolution. - Analyze customer support data and trends to make informed decisions and improve processes. - Communicate with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, to address inquiries and concerns. - Foster a positive and inclusive working environment focused on exceeding customer expectations and delivering delight.


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field. - At least 6 years of experience in customer support management. - Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate teams to achieve common goals. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Highly motivated and results-driven. - Proficient in planning and executing customer support strategies. - Experience with presentation and public speaking.
