Customer Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a resilient and reliable Customer Support Representative to join our team at Robinhood. This position will be remote, based in Austin, Texas, US, and will be part-time at an Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer support role and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Provide exceptional customer support and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with account-related questions and technical support - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Meet departmental goals and metrics for customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Provide feedback to management on ways to improve customer support processes

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using customer support software and tools - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred - Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings and weekends
