Job Description:
American Family Insurance Group is seeking a passionate and driven Customer Support Specialist to join our team on a remote part-time basis. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the Chicago, Illinois area.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information, pricing, and support to customers - Assist customers with policy inquiries, claims, and any other insurance-related questions - Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns - Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and metrics set by the company
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers - Excellent analytical skills to quickly assess customer needs and provide solutions - Ability to work independently in a remote setting - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Must exhibit a high level of professionalism and attention to detail - Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
