Live Chat Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Peter Kiewit Sons’ is currently seeking a part-time Live Chat Assistant to join our team on a remote basis in San Antonio, Texas, US. The ideal candidate for this entry-level position should possess at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. We are looking for a reliable and independent individual who can work well as part of a team and demonstrate leadership skills.

Responsibilities: -Interact with customers via live chat to provide assistance, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely manner -Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and building rapport with users -Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement -Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure seamless communication and a positive customer experience -Adhere to company policies and procedures while representing the brand in a professional manner

Requirements: -1 year of experience in customer service or a related field -Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal -Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail -Ability to work independently and as part of a team -Proficiency in using live chat software and other relevant tools -Experience with CRM systems is a plus -Reliable internet connection and workspace for remote work
