Live Chat Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Molina Healthcare is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Live Chat Associate for remote work in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a part-time employee at the Associate Level, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through live chat interactions with our members.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to provide support, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Demonstrate excellent communication skills, empathy, and patience when interacting with customers - Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their individual requirements - Utilize leadership skills to effectively manage customer interactions and ensure a positive experience - Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of all communication - Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet performance metrics related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a chat or online support environment - Resilient personality with a passion for helping others - Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically to solve problems - Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to take initiative and drive results - Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote work setting - Comfortable using technology and navigating various computer systems - High school diploma or equivalent required, additional education or certifications a plus
