Job Description:
Ford is seeking a motivated and energetic Live Chat Associate to join our team in a remote work position based in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a Live Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online chat channels. This is a part-time, entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through online chat to answer their inquiries, provide product information, and assist with any issues or concerns. 2. Resolve customer complaints or escalations in a timely and professional manner. 3. Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer needs and provide solutions effectively. 4. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to accurately assist customers and promote Ford products and services. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service. 6. Adapt to changing priorities and customer demands in a fast-paced environment. 7. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.
Requirements: 1. Energetic and dedicated individual with a passion for customer service. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing situations. 4. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. 5. Proficiency in using live chat platforms and other customer service tools. 6. Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment for remote work. 7. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
