McKesson, a leading healthcare company based in Indianapolis, Indiana, is seeking a part-time Live Chat Manager to work remotely. We are looking for an individual with at least 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field to join our team at the Associate level.
As the Live Chat Manager, your responsibilities will include managing and overseeing all live chat interactions with customers, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to inquiries, resolving customer issues in a timely manner, and monitoring chat quality and performance metrics. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring chat agents, implementing best practices, and continuously improving the live chat experience for our customers.
The ideal candidate for this role will be reliable, confident, and possess strong emotional intelligence and teamwork skills. You must have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask effectively, and have a strong customer service orientation.
