Live Chat Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Dean Foods is seeking a highly motivated Live Chat Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote work based in Washington, D.C., US. As an Associate Level Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via live chat to provide assistance, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Utilize excellent communication skills to maintain a positive and helpful dialogue with customers - Research and gather information to address customer inquiries effectively - Plan and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention through live chat interactions - Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the live chat support process - Monitor and respond to customer feedback to identify areas for improvement - Strive to meet and exceed performance metrics related to customer service, response times, and satisfaction ratings

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Independent and energetic personality traits - Strong research and planning skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using live chat platforms and other communication tools - Detail-oriented with a focus on providing high-quality service to customers - Experience in the food industry is a plus, but not required
