Live Chat Specialist - Remote Work

Our company, First American Financial, is seeking a part-time Live Chat Specialist to join our team on a remote basis in Fort Worth, Texas. This entry-level position requires 0 years of experience, making it ideal for anyone looking to start their career in customer service.

As a Live Chat Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service and support to our clients through online chat communication. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.
