Job Description:
Host Hotels & Resorts is currently seeking a highly motivated Live Chat Specialist to join our team on a remote part-time basis in Denver, Colorado. As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through our online chat platform. This position is ideal for individuals who are adaptable, passionate, innovative, and great negotiators.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate information through live chat - Assist customers with booking reservations, making changes to existing reservations, and answering any questions related to our properties - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Work closely with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolution of any issues - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and promotions - Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and customer experience - Meet and exceed performance targets and goals
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, or related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficient in using chat platforms and other communication tools - Adaptable and passionate about providing exceptional service - Innovative mindset and strong negotiation skills
