Job Description - Part-Time Remote Dental Call Center Agent

Are you an experienced call center professional with a proven track record in high-volume call and service environments? Join our dynamic team as a Part-Time High-Volume Call Center Agent!

In this critical role, you will leverage your expertise to handle a large number of customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and deliver outstanding service with each interaction. You will be supporting dental patients and providers and will be assisting them with general inquiries, claims processing, claim status checks, and other core processes and tasks related to a healthcare support and service mission. This is a great opportunity to help others deal with their level of care.

This is a remote work from home position. The only location requirement is that you must be a resident and work in the state of California.

WHAT WE OFFER:

Training Provided: Engage in a robust 8-week paid training program designed to equip you with essential healthcare support domain and contact center skills and knowledge.

Technology Provided: We supply a work laptop and accessories.

Flex Part-Time: Flexible schedules are acceptable:

  • Can work a minimum of 2 hours per day.
  • Can work a split day in a minimum of 2-hour split shifts.
  • Days are flexible - work a minimum of 2 days per week

Sick Time Accrual

Hourly pay rate of $18.00 per hour with accelerated opportunities for pay increases.

Incentive bonuses are offered for completion of training, six-month performance achievement, top attendance record, and meeting key performance indicators for meeting call management & resolution performance.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Handle incoming calls and address customer inquiries or escalate them to appropriate channels.

Process calls efficiently to meet or surpass performance metrics.

Maintain meticulous call records and ensure accurate documentation of account history.

Collaborate with team members, management, and customers to resolve customer service issues effectively.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

Commitment to completing the 8-week virtual on-camera training course which will be Monday-Friday, eight hours per day.

While a minimum six (6) months of prior experience in inbound customer service, either in government or private sector settings is preferred, for motivated candidates with a proven ability to learn quickly, and who demonstrate a level of commitment and tenacity through the interview process, your application will be considered for an exception to the requirement for six (6) months prior experience,

Proficiency in Office 365 and familiarity with basic help desk software and computer applications.

Strong problem-solving skills, both written and oral, to address inquiries with professionalism.

High speed internet service with a minimum of 50 mbps download speeds.

Bilingual proficiency is a plus, but not required.

Must be a resident of California.
