Account Support Assistant

Job Description:

Sonic Automotive is seeking a dedicated Account Support Assistant to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As an Associate Level position, the Account Support Assistant will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the account management team in delivering exceptional service to our clients. This is a part-time position that requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Assist with account management tasks such as data entry, organizing client files, and preparing reports - Coordinate client meetings and assist with scheduling appointments - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in person to address inquiries and provide support - Conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices - Assist with creating and updating marketing materials and presentations - Provide general administrative support to the account management team as needed

Requirements: - Passionate about providing excellent customer service - Reliable and able to work independently and as part of a team - Strong leadership skills with the ability to take initiative - Excellent research skills to stay informed about industry developments - Exceptional organizational and time management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
