Job Description:
Ameren is currently seeking a part-time Account Support Assistant to work from home in Charlotte, North Carolina. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the account management team - Assist with client communication and coordination - Manage client accounts and ensure accuracy of information - Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external meetings - Collaborate with team members to achieve client goals - Communicate with clients to address any inquiries or concerns - Maintain documentation and records related to client accounts - Assist with other tasks as needed to support the account management team
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 2 years of experience in a similar role - Hardworking and dedicated personality traits - Strong presentation and cooperation skills - Excellent communication and organizational abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Experience working remotely or in a virtual environment is a plus
