Remote Account Support Associate

Job Description:

Palantir Technologies is seeking a Remote Account Support Associate to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. This part-time, entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to clients and account managers in resolving technical issues and inquiries - Manage client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction - Utilize critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively - Work independently to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional service - Assist with people management tasks such as training new team members and coordinating workflow

Requirements: - Reliable and independent worker who can thrive in a remote work environment - Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to problem-solve effectively - Experience in people management is a plus - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
