Job Description:
As an Account Support Manager at Salesforce in San Antonio, Texas, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their success and satisfaction with the company's products and services. You will serve as the main point of contact for these clients, addressing any issues or concerns they may have, and providing ongoing support and guidance. This role requires a high level of independence and dedication, as well as strong planning and leadership skills.
Responsibilities: - Act as the primary contact for assigned client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships - Understand each client's unique needs and objectives, and work to ensure they are met through Salesforce solutions - Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions and services that meet client expectations - Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any potential challenges or opportunities for improvement - Stay current on industry trends and best practices, and share that knowledge with clients to help them achieve success - Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic guidance and insights to help them achieve their goals
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in account management or customer support - Strong planning and organizational skills - Excellent leadership and communication abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus
