O’Reilly Automotive is seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team in New York City, New York. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level with a requirement of 6 years of experience in a similar role.
As an Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supporting key customer accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our company. You will be the main point of contact for these accounts, handling any inquiries, issues, or requests they may have.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts - Understand the customer’s business needs and provide personalized support and solutions - Work closely with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities - Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to management - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities - Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market trends
Requirements: - 6 years of experience in a similar account management or customer support role - Energetic and dedicated personality traits - Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
