Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Support Manager to join Public Service Enterprise Group in our Indianapolis, Indiana office. As a mid-to-senior level professional with a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client accounts to ensure their success and satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and goals - Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner - Develop and implement account plans to drive growth and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services to clients - Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to clients on progress towards goals - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape to better serve clients - Provide training and support to junior account support staff as needed
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven track record of successfully managing client accounts and driving revenue growth - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Resilient and confident individual with the ability to overcome challenges and setbacks - Creative thinker with strong planning skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
