Job Description - Account Support Manager

Job Description:


Desktop Metal is seeking a part-time Account Support Manager to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with key accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships - Understand and anticipate customer needs, providing solutions and support as required - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers - Develop and implement account plans to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets - Monitor account performance, identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and address any issues or concerns raised by customers - Prepare regular reports and updates for management on account activity, revenue forecasts, and customer feedback - Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify new business opportunities - Provide training and support to junior team members as needed


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Proven track record of success in key account management, preferably in the technology or manufacturing industry - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers - Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively - Hardworking and independent, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Cooperation and critical thinking skills, with the ability to find creative solutions to complex problems - Ability to travel occasionally as required
