Job Description - Remote Account Support Manager

Genesis Healthcare is seeking a Remote Account Support Manager to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. This part-time position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role and is ideal for an Associate Level professional looking to further their career in the healthcare industry.


The Remote Account Support Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts remotely, providing support and assistance to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Key responsibilities include:


- Communicating with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing to understand their needs and provide timely solutions - Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to promote long-term partnerships - Collaborating with internal teams to address client issues and escalate as necessary - Monitoring account performance and providing regular updates to management - Conducting strategic planning to identify growth opportunities and improve client satisfaction - Analyzing data and trends to make informed recommendations for account management strategies - Acting as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
