Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and driven Account Support Manager to join our team at Time Warner. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Seattle, Washington. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and effective manner.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships - Develop and implement account management strategies to meet client goals and objectives - Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue and client satisfaction - Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure client needs are being met - Provide feedback to internal teams on client needs and market trends - Manage client contracts and ensure all deliverables are met on time and within budget - Monitor client satisfaction through surveys and feedback sessions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to provide strategic insights to clients
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong persuasion and negotiation skills - Creative problem-solving abilities - Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Experience working from home is a plus - Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings
