Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team at Fannie Mae. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Chicago, Illinois. The Account Support Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and managing client accounts with a focus on driving business growth.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and understanding their needs and goals - Monitor client accounts to ensure they are meeting their targets and making necessary adjustments to optimize performance - Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention - Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, assisting with any issues or inquiries that arise - Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends - Prepare regular reports on account performance and present findings to senior management
Requirements: - At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in account management or client services - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets - Reliable and driven with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
