Remote Account Support Officer

Job Description:

CenterPoint Energy is seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Remote Account Support Officer in San Antonio, Texas. This part-time position is perfect for entry-level candidates looking to gain valuable experience in the energy industry.

Responsibilities: - Provide support to account managers in managing client portfolios - Assist with customer inquiries, issue resolution, and account maintenance - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Conduct regular account reviews and performance analysis - Assist with data entry and database management - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices - Perform administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - 1 year of experience in a customer service or account management role - Energetic and resilient personality - Strong adaptability and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Experience with CRM software is a plus
