Job Description - Account Support Officer

Job Description:


We are looking for a reliable and energetic Account Support Officer to join our team at Robinhood in Columbus, Ohio. As an Associate Level position, you should have at least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess creativity, attention to detail, and a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.


Responsibilities: - Provide account support to clients, assisting with inquiries, issue resolution, and account maintenance - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and support for clients - Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records - Assist in the creation and distribution of reports for management and clients - Conduct research and analysis to support account management activities - Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times - Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to drive innovation and efficiency - Support special projects and initiatives as needed


Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a similar role - Reliable and energetic personality - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
