Account Support Representative

Job Description:

Centene is seeking a part-time Account Support Representative to join our team in Washington, D.C. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. The Account Support Representative will be responsible for providing dedicated and energetic support to our clients, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing incoming calls and emails in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding their accounts, products, and services - Research and resolve client issues, escalating to the appropriate team members if necessary - Collaborate with internal departments to address client needs and ensure a smooth customer experience - Maintain client records and documentation accurately and efficiently - Assist in preparing reports and presentations for clients as needed - Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Previous experience in customer service or account support roles - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong time management and organizational skills - Ability to multitask and work well under pressure - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Demonstrated research abilities and problem-solving skills - Dedicated and energetic personality traits
