Job Description:
We are looking for a Remote Account Support Representative to join our team at Adobe in New York City, New York. This part-time position is ideal for individuals at the associate level with at least 3 years of experience in account support or customer service.
Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to clients, assisting them with account-related inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions to both technical and non-technical problems. - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention. - Utilize strategic planning skills to identify opportunities for account growth and upselling. - Deliver presentations to clients on product updates, new features, and best practices. - Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and online chat to address their needs in a timely and professional manner. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account activity in our CRM system.
Requirements: - Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing priorities. - Resourcefulness: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions. - Strategic Planning: Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve business goals. - Presentation Skills: Confidence in delivering engaging and informative presentations to clients. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service. - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance goals. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
