Job Description:
As an Account Support Representative at salesforce.com in Seattle, Washington, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support to our clients and assist them with any account-related issues they may encounter. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries and concerns, and ensuring that all their needs are met in a timely and effective manner.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their questions and concerns promptly and professionally - Assist clients with account setups, troubleshooting, and resolving any technical issues they may encounter - Proactively reach out to clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services and address any potential issues before they escalate - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues - Communicate effectively with clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and ensure all information is up to date in our database
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a similar customer-facing role - Reliable and dedicated personality traits - Strong leadership skills and the ability to think creatively to solve problems - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
