Job Description:
FirstEnergy is seeking a passionate and adaptable Account Support Representative to join our team in San Diego, California. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or account management. As an Account Support Representative, you will be responsible for assisting our account managers in maintaining customer accounts, resolving issues, and providing support to ensure client satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Assist account managers in maintaining customer accounts and relationships - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person to address their needs and concerns - Respond to client inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requests are fulfilled - Document customer interactions and update account information in the database - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services - Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or account management - Passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Adaptable to changing priorities and able to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment and cooperate with colleagues - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
