Desktop Metal is seeking a dedicated and passionate Account Support Representative to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals with 1 year of experience who are looking to kickstart their career in the technology industry.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels such as phone calls, emails, and chat support. 2. Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner. 3. Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling products and services. 5. Educate clients on new product features and updates. 6. Address any billing inquiries and ensure timely payments from clients. 7. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
