Account Support Representative

Job Description:

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a part-time Account Support Representative to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess the following personality traits: adaptable and dedicated. Additionally, important soft skills for this role include cooperation and decision-making.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional support to key customer accounts - Manage and track customer orders, ensuring timely delivery - Communicate with customers to address any questions or concerns - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Assist with account reconciliation and invoicing processes - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities for process improvements and customer retention

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
