Account Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

A-Mark Precious Metals is seeking a part-time Account Support Representative to work from home in San Francisco, California. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional support to clients, assisting with account management and inquiries - Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction - Process orders, track shipments, and resolve any issues or discrepancies - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services - Assist in preparing reports and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Stay up to date on industry trends and developments to effectively communicate with clients - Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions

Requirements: - Energetic and passionate individual with a strong desire to exceed client expectations - Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Experience in the precious metals industry is a plus, but not required
