Job Description:
Terex is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Account Support Representative to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This is a part-time, work-from-home position at the Associate Level with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide support to key accounts by troubleshooting issues, answering inquiries, and resolving customer complaints. 2. Assist with order processing, tracking shipments, and ensuring on-time delivery to customers. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database. 4. Collaborate with sales and account management teams to develop and implement strategies for customer retention and growth. 5. Monitor customer accounts for payment status and work with finance to resolve any billing discrepancies. 6. Conduct regular account reviews to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services. 7. Communicate proactively with customers to provide updates on their account status and address any concerns in a timely manner. 8. Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in account management or sales support. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong time management and organizational abilities. 4. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
