Account Support Specialist

Job Description: Avon Products is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Account Support Specialist to join our team in Seattle, Washington. As an Associate Level Account Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact - Provide product information, pricing, availability, and order status updates to clients - Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring on-time delivery - Resolve customer issues and complaints with a sense of urgency and professionalism - Assist with account management tasks, including tracking sales data and developing reports for clients - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a customer service or account support role - Resilient and motivated personality traits - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative - Leadership skills to effectively manage client relationships - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
