Account Support Specialist

Job Description:

State Farm Insurance Cos. is seeking a part-time Account Support Specialist to join our team in San Jose, California. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for someone who is adaptable, hardworking, has strong people management skills, and possesses leadership qualities.

Responsibilities: - Provide support to account managers in handling client accounts - Assist in processing insurance policies, claims, and renewals - Answer client inquiries and provide customer service support - Coordinate with various departments to ensure client needs are met - Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions - Analyze data and reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends and best practices - Collaborate with team members to achieve company goals

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred - Insurance industry experience is a plus
